Data Entry Assistant Job Description
"He/ She will be based at the field in Sa'ada sub-office and will collect data obtained from the field staff in all project stages including the registration and verification, complaint and feedback data, assessments, etc...

Output:
- Ensure collect, clean & feed data timely in good quality (100%)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Prepare and develop status of database reports as required by management.
-Ensure proper filing of database of beneficiaries and related data during registration and verification in FAMS/Kobo systems.
- Cleaning data of beneficiaries
- Contribute on development of relevant data collection tools and monitoring as well as development of data and information storage.
- Enter data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files and database improvement.
- Update databases & records with new information on time given by project manager
- Transfer & update data from written records, interviews, and paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners
- Handle numerical data accurately
- Create and organizing spreadsheets with large numbers
- Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
- Summarizing and compiling data for standardized reports and save it properly as hard and soft copy in NFDHR systems to be easy to reach when required.
- Collect and extract relevant information from the project database on regular basis, ensuring provision of information / Data upon request.
- Check the date and comparing the source documents correctly and identifying problems on database and taking appropriate action after discussing with the management.
- Interpret data, analyze results and visualization of data capture efforts by field teams using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Ensure that appropriate security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to data according to date protection policy and procedures.
- Establish good practice of tablet data capture from design and form building.
- Capacity building and training implementation of program staff on information management tools and processes.
- Ensure the project teams update all program progress in the system on time, and all collected data is uploaded.
- Produce monthly progress reports of project including accurate comparison of targets versus achievement.
- Participation in meetings or training with donors.
- Ensure adherence with NFDHR policies, tools, and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information or data management and processing field or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in data management for humanitarian or development projects.
- Management roles preferably in complex emergency programs for INGOs.
- Experience in Information Management field in a humanitarian context.
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Practical experience in dealing with electronic data collection, using Kobo tool.

Education Project Manager Job Description
The Education Project Manager is responsible for supervising and following up, reporting, planning, developing, monitoring and evaluating the assigned education project(s). He/she assesses education needs, designs projects, and initiates effectively manages and reports on projects in line with the objectives, timeframe and budget. The Project Manager also provides technical support, write proposal, leadership and strategic direction; meets quality standards in education, encourages beneficiary participation, liaise with other stakeholders and manages and trains education staff. The Education Project Manager reports directly to Programs Manager. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour workweek, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main Tasks
Technical Support and Management:
· Work on developing and reviewing the project strategy in partnership with the concerned government authorities, local governorate authorities, directorates and beneficiaries.
· Oversee the implementation of education projects in coordination with other Project Managers
· Ensure project implementation is according to the required standards/specifications and corresponding timetable of each project.
· Oversee the development of field staff trainings and continuing education programs
· Oversee all activities in the field with at least 80% for the duration of the project, follow-up, reporting and archiving all technical and financial documents on NFDHR systems (ERP & PORTAL).
· Oversee education situational analyses, assessments, and studies in the areas targeted by the institution.
· Participate in developing policies and objectives for education projects.
· Supervise, plan, organize, and monitor all health and nutrition projects and activities carried out by project managers or field Managers and directly supervise the provision of education services in field programs.
· Prepare and submit periodic studies, reports, and evaluation around education projects, in coordination with the Program manager.
· Prepare evidence-based education awareness materials and get it approved by relevant authorities.
· Develop health and nutrition projects under the supervision of the Director of Development Programs and in cooperation with NFDHR leadership, program officials, financial and operational management, and donor organizations
· Oversee project monitoring and evaluation, ensuring the achievement of project indicators and results at all stages of implementation
· Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations.
Coordination and Representation:
· Coordinate and communicate with relevant government and local authorities while planning new projects within the program framework, ensuring their meaningful participation to respond to the local community’s needs.
· Represent NFDHR in several meetings and events related to the education sector, and prepare and present minutes from these meetings to the Director of Development Programs
· Coordinate with government agencies and international/national organizations working in the same project areas to avoid duplication and interference and to ensure success and impact
· Participate in the development and mobilization of annual resources for health and nutrition projects and discuss with NFDHR leadership and supporting parties in order to finance them.
Administrative Duties:
· Prepare and send news reports to the Media Officer on field project activities and field needs for beneficiaries on a regular basis (weekly, monthly).
· Help to prepare project reports and data in coordination with the Reporting Officer for relief program.
The role of the Education Project Manager is not limited to the specific duties mentioned above. It is subject to change with the evolution of the conflict and in accordance with NFDHR’s vision and mission. As such, the Education Project Manager is required to manage all unforeseen issues and circumstances in relation to NFDHR’s education projects and should remain adaptable to perform responsibilities that may not be mentioned above, as and when required.
Qualifications
Essential
- University degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related subject, or equivalent field experience
- At least 5 year-experience in working as an Education Project Manager in the field.
- Experience with project management cycle, budgets, and donor requirements
- Previous experience in a humanitarian setting
- Excellent interpersonal and representative skills (written, oral, cross - cultural)

Education Engineer Officer Job Description
Education Engineer Officer will be responsible for the implementation of the Education projects' activities at field level, supervising the ongoing constructions & rehabilitation activities, preparing work completion certificates for the implemented works, preparing the monthly & timely reports. The position will be based on Ma'rib governorate (Ma'rib Office). The Officer will dedicate 100% from his/her time to this project.

Responsibilities, Tasks & Duties:
carry out the field survey to re-assess & update the rapid need assessment RNA modify the needs of constructions & rehabilitations works of Temporary Learning Classrooms (TLCs) and WASH facilities (technical study including design classrooms, BOQ, specification and drawings).) as well as analyzing the data & writing the report of RNA
Ensure quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, specifications, BOQs and contracts, administrative systems, and established deadlines.
In collaboration with relevant program implementation staff, prepare, oversee, and update the work plan for Temporary Learning Classrooms (TLCs) and WASH facilities and related activities.
Develop and submit accurate quality order forms and Bill of Quantities for works, in line with project budget requirements, in a timely manner.
Ensure that all planned activities are implemented on time, in good quality and within budget as per the monthly plan.
Implement and monitor monthly activity plans to achieve expected results. This includes planning of activities, budgets and procurement.
Lead the preparation of all procurement and administrative documents required for project implementation.
Verify that project activities and works are carried out according to quality standards established by NFDHR through quality checklists

Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant Job Description
The M&E Assistant supports the M&E team in all monitoring, evaluation and reporting-related activities and requirements of projects. This includes the development of the Project’s M&E framework, the development of a performance monitoring system, overseeing the maintenance of monitoring data collections systems (including developing and maintaining a project data base). He/she will also contribute to the design and assist in managing program assessments and evaluations and promote a culture of evidence-based decision making. Main Tasks
· Support M&E section in coordination process to establish programme level M&E systems

Contract type: Fixed term (full time)

Project summary:
NFDHR is implementing “Emergency Response Project in Health and Nutrition to the Vulnerable IDPs and host communities in Hajjah and Hodeida” which is funded by UNOCHA and designed with the aim to cover the gap for people in acute need through life-saving assistance of Health and Nutrition in the targeted districts and ensuring accessibility to humanitarian assistance among the most vulnerable IDPs and the host communities in Khayran Al Muharraq & Aslam districts in Hajjah and in Al Garrahi and Bayt al-faqih Districts in Hodeida governorates.
This project goal is to further enhance and improve the sustainability of the health care system and maintain the currently established level of services provided to the community through the provision of an integrated approach, prioritizing the most vulnerable population (pregnant and lactating women, under-five children, IDPs who are merged in the hosting community and host communities) and ensure quality health services through the project activities.
Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the Health and nutrition project manager, the public Health Officer will work long hours and must be available for Supervising project implementation to ensure service delivery.
These hours are spent ensuring the running, management and technical support of health and nutrition project, responsible for implementing the action plan and following up field staff, Preparing the Monthly and Timely reports to H&N Project manager. The Finance Assistant will take charge of NFDHR’s financial health by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. Main Tasks
Carry out technical studies

Job Description
The Health and Nutrition Project Coordinator will be directly supervising the technical staff with frequent visits to the field to ensure the quality of implementation of the health and nutrition project in the project targeted MTs in (Mahliyah, Majzar ,Rahabah districts ) in Marib governorate
The Health and Nutrition Project Coordinator is also responsible for the coordination with authorities and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities
S/he is responsible to carry out field work in order to mobilize communities, monitor activities and provide support to project management and other team members for the effective and efficient implementation of the project’s activities. • Prepare project's technical and progress reports and data in coordination with the M&E Officer through NFDHR's Systems (Portal 365 & ERP) and as requested by the Programs Manager.
• Review on monthly basis the project's financial reports through NFDHR's Systems (Portal 365 & ERP) and what have been shared by the Finance Manager with responding to the report’s recommendations to ensure the proper financial management for the project's fund

MEAL Officer Job Description
"MEAL Officer develops proper monitoring and evaluation plans based on the major indicators of the project, to ensure relevant project activities are tracked and maintains monitoring and evaluation system to best measure the quality, progress and impacts (results) of all project activities.
This position will be roving between field sub-offices in Dhamar and Sa'ada governorate according to work plan and workload with frequent visits to Head office. (50% Based in Sa'ada, 50% Based in Dhamar), Salary includes (Basic Salary, Transportation Allowance, Appearance Allowance, Social Security, Income Tax and Medical Insurance) a detailed breakdown has been uploaded to the documents tab" and Under the supervision of the MEAL Advisor, the MEAL Officer will make sure to maintain an effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system of NFDHR projects. The tasks will include routine monitoring of activities, providing monitoring reports, conducting field visits to ensure compliance with established standard and requirements. The MEAL Officer reports directly to the MEAL Advisor and Project Manager. This position is full-time, based on a 40-hour workweek, but varies from week to week as humanitarian need constantly oscillates according to the unstable conflict environment and funding availability.
Main Tasks
Technical Support and Management:
· Work with and support NFDHR’s Staff, the Directors of Relief and Development Programs, and the Program Managers in preparing program MEAL plans, indicators and mechanisms for M&E in line with strategic program plans and budgets.
· Support the development of the logical framework for projects, including MEAL support during proposal development to ensure adequate MEAL budget forecasts for field and office activities.
· Support planning, implementation and follow-up of evaluations by: writing terms of references, preparing project summaries, participating in the selection of external consultants for evaluating NFDHR projects, and technically and financially coordinating with consultant in relation to field assessments.
· Track outputs and expected results of ongoing projects and the extent of completion of various activities and present findings to NFDHR leadership, the Directors of Relief Programs and Development Programs, and Program Managers at monthly meetings allocated for this purpose.
· Ensure the achievement of results and outputs necessary for development and humanitarian response according to the needs of local communities.
· Develop and design information management systems resulting from monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities, such as progress reports, databases and complaint mechanisms.

· Coordinate needs assessments with governorate and local authorities and provide support to field staff to document evaluation findings, including an analysis of beneficiary needs.
· In coordination with the Director of Development Programs, the Director of Relief Programs and the Coordinator of the Peace building and Governance Program, assess the institutional capacities of local organizations before signing any partner sub-agreements to carry out field activities and services with NFDHR and make recommendations to management.
· Upon acceptance of grants, immediately coordinate with program managers and other the relevant departments to prepare executive plans for procurement, follow up and evaluation.
· Continuously coordinate with the directors of relief and development programs, program managers, and department managers to ensure the number, review and delivery of periodic, mid-term, and annual reports are submitted for review and approval to staff, donors and other stakeholders in a timely-manner.
